Question: Do you think kids should drink soda and eat fast food!?
Answers:
No, because if bad for them in long term, obese, hearth attack, diabetes, all soft of disease!. Majority of reason why almost 50% o american is Fat, is due to Fast Food, many other booming nation also see alarm rate of % increase of Obese mainly also due to massive surge of fast food chain!.

Soda and Fast Food, just many chemical that contain no nutrition but has too mayn calories and fat!. also most fast food chain use Tran Fat which is the worst kind of fat for your body!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Parents should model healthy habits for their kids!. I don't think outlawing these products is necessary !.!.!. if the parents are taking care of themselves properly and not letting themselves be addicted to these products, their kids are less likely to be addicted to sodas and highly processed foods!.

With very young children, since the parents are still completely responsible for picking the child's food, !.!.!. well, let me just say there is NO reason for a parent to put soda in a baby bottle (but unfortunately, it happens)!.

Just teach kids how to make good decisions and make good decisions as a parents!. I think that is the best anyone can do!.

*And in response to your edit: I don't live "without" any of those foods, but when you take the time to eat relatively healthy and appreciate more complex flavors !.!.!. you don't want soda (it tastes so abrasive / like I'm being hit in the face with sugar) and chemical-tasting fast food!. I'd have it if I wanted it, but I don't want it and if you teach kids about really experiencing what they eat, they might want it sometimes but they will want so many other great foods too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nobody should but sometimes it's the only thing available!. I would only let them if there was no other choice and they were hungry!. Some types of fast food are worse than others and some are not bad at all, it depends on what it is and what is in it!.
edit:I go without soda for months, usually make do with water or coffee, fast food once or twice a week (a burger or curry)!.
My daughter was raised without fast food, she used to snack on broccoli, carrots and salad but once she moved to the city and saw other kids eating it she wanted to try it but still eats healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No - not as a steady diet anyway - it absolute crap!. But having said that, I think it is impractical to say never, because that only makes it more desirable!. There are times your kids will want to go to friends birthday parties held at fast food restaurants and you can hardly forbid them to attend because of what is being served!. It is best to feed them a good healthy balanced diet at home, while education them as to why fast food and sugary drinks are bad for them!. Then turn them loose and pray a lot!Www@FoodAQ@Com

In moderation!. If you cut them off completely they may want it more, odds are they will get while at a friends house or else where when you are not there!.!.!.thank you grandma and grandpa!. I say buy other options and allow them to chose for themselves!. Explain your toughts and make the right choice for yourself!. Your kids will most likely follow suit!. If you involve them in cooking and teach them why each thing is good for them they will make the right choices!.
Plus there is nothing wrong with fast food choices if you control portions and watch calories!.
Some of my sons favorites are when we make mini-burgers at home and adding sparking calorie free water to juice to make "grape pop"!.

Sometimes it's easier, and a treat!. I don't think you should make a habit of it!. If you do need/want to give them a fast food meal, avoid soda!. Choose water, juice, or milk!. And skip the fries!. Get apple dippers or other healthier options!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I only let my 3 yr old drink soda on special occasion(like there birthday, or Christmas!.) We do however eat fast food at least once a week!. I think at the age of 7-8 a glass of soda a day is fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
