any of these items could be added to your lunch bag and don't need to be refrigerated or heated up!.

-fresh strawberries

-sesame sticks
-mixed nuts
-an apple
-an orange
-a banana
-a bunch of grapes
-salad (with dressing in a packet that doesn't need to be refrigerated)
-carrots sticks
-celery sticks (with peanut butter)
-bell pepper slices
-cucumber slices

Plus, there are a lot of different things you can experiment with in terms of sandwiches so if you are feeling bored with them, just try to mix it up a bit!

also, you could add yogurt to the list if you just pack it with an ice pack, it will be fine for a few hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can bring a buttered bagel, a piece of fruit, a snack sized bag of Fritos or Popcorn, (or whatever you like) a little something sweet, like a cookie and a drink!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
