Question: What fruits have high amount of vitamin C in them!?!?
i want to eat a lot of fruit that has vitamin c becasue i want to avoid a cold as much as possible!. thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oranges, papayas, guavas, grapefruit have high amounts of vitamic C!. Blackcurrants, apples and pineapples have medium amounts of vitamin C!.
Try also taking garlic and horseradish tablets- they really help!.
