Basil! It's the one they use a lot of in italian food, in the tomatoe sauces!.

I absolutely hate rosemary though!. Yuck! I like lamb, but hate it when they stick rosemary on it!. I quite like mint with my lamb!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

sage! to make the best gravy in the world, dice 1 small onion
fry in a little oil, add 1 tbs of dried sage add chicken stock
thicken with corn flour cook for at least half hour!. serve with roast chicken, turkey or pork!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Thyme, love the smell, every time I use it I end giving the jar a good sniff, lol!.

By the way, Francois, Herbes de Provence is not a herb, but a mixture of different ones!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Herb de Provence!. A kind of herb grown and produced in the Provence area, south of France!. Very hard to find in England but popular in France!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on what I'm cooking, for example Italian recipes its Basil, American its Oregano, I love the old British herbs like Sage, Thyme, Rosemary the only one I steer clear of is Coriander leavesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Cilantro, I guess if I have to choose!. Because I really like alot of different ones!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oregano is one I like a lot, goes well with italian food
