I'm sure you have always heard the phrase "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" and it is!. Try eating a breakfast that is likely to keep your energy up all day!. I don't mean sugar, that will only cause you to have a sugar surge, then practically have no energy for the rest of the day!. Cereal is a pretty good, common breakfast!. Try maybe having something like a banana to go with it for energy and so you can be a healthier person!. And maybe something like a cup of orange juice which is very good for you!. Eat healthy!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm killing time before we go for brunch today!.

Most days I eat a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast!. It is full of fiber and very heart healthy and it gets me through just fine until lunch!. As most fiber rich foods will!. If you like cereal in the morning eat one that is low in sugar and high in fiber!.

Fresh fruit is always good!. Some sugar free yogurt!.
Scramble up a couple of egg whites and one whole egg, add in some cheese and maybe some spinach, if you like it!.

Whole grain bread toasted up is good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cereal is ok, if your going to eat something else with it, and ONLY if its good healthy cereal!. Aim for cereals like Cheerios or other healthy choices!. Dont go for ones that are loaded with sugar!.

I ate oatmeal this morning because its an awesome healthy choice to eat! its loaded with healthy stuff! like good carbs, and fiber!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like pizza!. all the food groups in one helping!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
