Question: Any recipice for burgers!?
Answers:
Combine in large bowl:
1-1/4 pounds ground beef (20% fat)
1/2 cup grated Cheddar
1 small garlic clove, finely minced
1 egg
2 TBsp!. Hickory-flavored B-B-Q sauce
1/2 tsp!. salt
1/8 tsp!. black pepper, freshly ground
On a plate, using cheese grater: grate enough onion to equal 2 TBsp; add onion & juices to bowl!.
Form into 6 patties and wrap each in a slice of bacon - secure with toothpicks and grill on high for, about, 6 mins!. per side (to well-done)!.
Serve on toasted buns with thinly sliced tomatoes and lettuce!.
Note: I don't put breadcrumbs into 'burger patties as, if I wanted meatloaf on a bun !.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about what I call my firecracker burger:

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried chili flakes
2 bell peppers (red and green), seeded and cut in rings
Olive or vegetable oil
4 slices Cheddar or American cheese
4 hamburger rolls
Lettuce

PREPARATION:
Mix the ground beef, onion and seasonings
Shape mixture into 4 burger patties and refrigerate for at
least two hours!.
Brush pepper rings with oil
Grill burger patties and peppers over medium heat 8 -12
minutes, or until burgers are done!. Flip once only during
grilling process!.
Place slice of cheese on each patty for one minute
before cooking is completed!.
Slice rolls in half, lightly coat with olive oil and place on
grill face down for about a minute or until slightly toasted!.
Place lettuce and burgers on rolls, top with pepper rings

get about a pd of steak sirlion burger or your fav!. and steak sauce,1 pkg!. of onion lipton soup mix (dry),salt and pepper to taste, mix together makes a fast great burger, beats a hungry-man dinner anyday and not alot of preperation or time to cook!. Cook to your preference serve with thick cut steak fries w/ beer!.!.!. Men in Heaven auwww!!!! Yes, keep it simple!. I jsut add some finely chopped onion and I use breadcrumbs to bind the mixture!. Season with salt just before cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

make some out of grated soya mixed with a sweet chilli and onion and chopped gerkins , then cook the burger once you hace made it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rather than ingredients in the meat try a charcoal fire and mesquite chips!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
