Question: Why bananas can't be stored in fridge !? please send me the answer if any one knows it with adequate reasons !.!.
Answers:
Bananas are tropical fruits, not used to low temperatures!. Hence the low temperature in the refrigerator starts blackening them, something akin to frost bites in us humans!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

wel theres nothing to say you cant, its just that people dont usually store them in the fridge because the majority of people prefere the taste when they have not been in the fridge, and also because storeing them in the fridge can delay the ripening of the bannanas, and the peel darkens too!. But they can actually be stored eitherin or out of the fridge, depending on ones preferance - it doesnt really matter :) hope i've helped xWww@FoodAQ@Com

Bananas can be stored in the fridge, but that will delay ripening (if they aren't already) and the peel will darken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It freezes!.

When you take it out to use it it does not feel good and it is very bad looking!.

But I do store them for long time in the freezer then use them for making cakes and other cooked or baked items!. Works great for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
