Why is it that Chinese eat rice all the time and stay so small??!

Question: Why is it that Chinese eat rice all the time and stay so small!?!?
Answers:
Rice has no saturated fat, or any fat for that matter!. Rice is cooked in rural china with only water and spices!. Any fat like meat, chicken, or fish is considered to be a garnish to the rice, and most times it is not affordable to the people!. After so many generations of Chinese people eating mostly rice and so little meat their bodies and genes have adapted to use what they eat most effeciently by being smaller!. EX: Shaq couldn't support his body's energy needs by eating rice, but someone much smaller can!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

people who eat wheat are usually grow much bigger, rice eaters are usually smaller, rice only grow hot weather, wheat only grow in cold weather, like in China the northen part grow wheat so they are bigger and taller than thoes in The Southern part of china which is hotter so they eat rice they are smaller, In india is also like that :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

chinese are genetically smaller than caucasians, as in height, but it's not true they stay slim!. with better economy and globalisation (fast foods like mcd's), the chinese are also getting fat!.

look at the rich cities, they also have weight problems - it's those living in rural, poor areas that stay small while eating a lot of rice (carbs), because they dont have a lot of food to spare, and rice is their staple for energy (to farm and do labour work)

ppl in developed cities do get big, and with the influence of western theories (like atkins), many dont eat a lot of rice or other carbs!. a lot of asian girls are skinny because they dont eat!.

the formula is the same for everyone - if ur food input is greater than output, then u gain weight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well first it's not just Chinese who eat rice all the time, rice is a huge part of a lot of different Asian cultures!.

And it's because what they eat with their rice is a lot healthier than something a typical American would eat, like pizza, for example!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
