hmmm interesting,i have never had heart burn as i eat a healthy vegetarian diet!.

I must say,i think it must be awful,and the tv adverts that are selling anti heartburn meds,make it look normal to have it and to always have your trusty heartburn meds in your bag!.lol!.

i guess this is a reflection of all the rubbish people eat!.

I just tried to think of anyone in my family who had heartburn,but nobody has!.

I guess heartburn is a sign you should be looking into the ole diet!.lol

Branston Pickle, I would completely ignore the vegetarian, they hate food and they hate us and love telling us that, I never take medication for heartburn, you can avoid it by not eating anymore of itWww@FoodAQ@Com

too much of anything acidic!. tomatoes/tomato sauce, pineapple, alcohol, any spicy food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I really love spicy food, but just lately, I've found it's started to give me really bad heartburn!! Beer gives me the same problem!! Wine doesn't however - is that weird!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
