What is that stuff that comes out of hamburger when you cook it?!


Question: What is that stuff that comes out of hamburger when you cook it!?
You know when you make a hamburger patty and that brown stuff the same color as the hamburger comes out!.

it's fat from the animal (whatever type of meat you use)!.!.!. yea it's pretty gross but it's also what adds to the flavor!.!.!. surprising right!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
