Question: Have you created anything in the kitchen lately you're proud of!? Please share!?
I bought a can of crab meat on sale and had some leftover cream cheese to use up, so I had in mind to do a dip for crackers!. I creamed them together with a litte hot sause and chopped chives but it was still bland and odd tasting!. Then on a impulse I added ketsup and a packet of leftover Arbys horsy sauce and voila, now I think I've got something! What kitchen experiments of yours have turned out good!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

This will feed a hungry horse! lol!.!.!.!. I took a pyrex casserole, and sprayed it with olive oil!. Then, covered the bottom with sliced onion!. Next, a layer (to within a half inch of the top) of dry egg noodles!. Then, I spooned a can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup over the noodles, and scattered some small pearl onions throughout, along with a bunch of frozen peas!. (also shook in some Adobo spice)

Then, I covered the entire top with thin-sliced center cut pork chops!.!.!. Followed by another can of the soup, covering whatever noodles were visible between the chops, and all around the sides!.

Cover tightly with aluminum foil, and bake the entire thing for about 50 minutes on 425!.!.!.!. Totally rib sticking and delicious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bread and butter pudding to no written recipe, it was a triumph!Www@FoodAQ@Com
