I eat way too much salt and only eat it on certain things?!
i put it on my ice and my hand, raw potatoes green beans corn on the cob and somtimes on my gum cause i like the taste!.i can't stand to put it on anything else cause it's gross!.i only have a little craving!.i don't like saltwater though!.any help on if it's bad good or i have a salt deficeincy!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's not healthy and too much can cause high blood pressure among other health problems!. Try to use something like Mrs Dash or even lite salt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
