Because in the summer we eat more raw vegetables, are we nutritionally unbalanced thro the year?!
By eating more raw vegetables that haven't had half the nutrients cooked out of them, does that mean our bodies are awash with vitamins and minerals in the summer!? And therefore our bodies experience a trough of nutrients through the winter months!. Surely this is not good!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It’s a myth that raw foods/vegetables are more nutritious than cooked!. While the vitamin content inherent to the food isn't any different cooking it actually increases the bioavailability of the cancer fighting phyto-nutrients found within!.
But it is important, however, to not overcook them!. You should use cooking methods like stir fry, sautéing or a quick nuke in the microwave!. DO NOT BOIL YOUR VEGGIES this actually leaches all the nutrients into the water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its ok but you should boil the vegetables so you can get most of the germs of of the food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
well its possble that we are!.!.!.I mean nothing is going to stop us being nutritionally unbalanced so yes its true, that is why I take vitamins cause I cant rely on what I eat to provide all I need!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
