Ham and cheese toasties, moderate fat, high protein, high in calcium and will fill you up for ages
Fruit, doesn't fill you up much and gets abit dull!.
Cooked meat, high protein, low fat and needs no preparation time!.

fruits are always good we like to experiment with diffrent fruits its fun and healthy!. or veggies make good snacks I like cucumber with ranch dressing celery sliced green pepper raw broccoli carrot slices raw colliflower all is good with ranch or bluecheese dressing or if you prefer nothing or try another dreesing to get it to taste!. pretzels even animal crakers (there my moms fav and she is super healthy eater!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Smoothies!. Make them yourself!. Don't go to Smoothie King (even though those are tasty, they load them up with sugary syrup)!. Make your own with whatever fruit you have lying around at your house!. Here's some ideas:

Sweet potatoes are good for you, and if you peel a raw sweet potato and cut it into sticks, they look exactly like carrot sticks!. Except they taste a ton better!. Throw on some ranch dressing and you're good to go!

Dark chocolate-covered strawberries!. Of course strawberries are good for you, but did you know that dark chocolate is too!? A sweet and tasty snack or dessert!.
Salmon!. I don't know if you like fish or not, but salmon is filled with omega fatty acids, and it's proven to make you happy!. If you don't like it cooked, how about raw!? Sushi's fun to eat!. If you're not a fish person, then disregard this!. Haha!.
Green leafy veggies! Enough said!. Oh and avocados!.
