Can put warm or just cooked or reheated food back into the fridge when its still hot?!
I heard that food that you just cooked or reheated or warm should wait before putting into the fridge because it will spoil the food, or the food will lose its taste or something like that!. Can someone please clarify if this is true!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Home economists used to advise waiting until the food cooled!. That might have been less taxing to the refrig, but not necessarily the best for humans!. It is best to start cooling in refrigerator as soon as is reasonable after cooking!. It is best to store a large amount of food in shallow pans so that they will cool faster and not have a warm environment in the center for organisms to grow!. By the time we are ready to put food in the refrig it has usually cooled somewhat, while we eat or mix or whatever!. Probably better than putting it in boiling hot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It may lose more of its moisture if you put it in the fridge while warm!. This could result in puddles on your food!. They go away when you heat it and the liquid is reabsorbed into the food!. It won't spoil your food!.
Many years ago, one did not put hot or warm food into the icebox until it had cooled a bit because it would cause the block of ice in the icebox to melt faster!. Yes, you can put it in the refrigerator!. Just make sure you don't cover it until it cools!. If you cover it, the food will "sweat" and may spoil!.

yes it is true!.!. you should wait until your food is about room temp before putting into the fridge/freezer!.!. if you put it in hot, the air around the food gets compressed together, and this creates an atmosphere for bacteria to grow on it!.!.!. its not going to hurt you any though!.!.!. theres been plenty of times i've been in a hury and put my food away hot/warm!.!.!. but it will make your food spoil faster!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
