Get 1 tin of tuna, one tin of chickpeas, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1crushed clove of garlic, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt and pepper!. Chuck it all into a blender, blend until almost smooth, then make into little patties with your hands!. Spray a baking tray with a little spray oil, put the patties onto it, give them all a little spray with the oil and put into a fairly hot oven for about 15 minutes!. Serve with salad!. Yummy and very healthy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stir fry chinese dishes are very healthy if you use sunflower oil!.

Pasta is healthy, stir in some tinned tuna and a little tomato sauce, have it with salad

The main thing is balance if you try and take the healthy thing too far you wont be able to stick to it!. Always serve up plenty of veg and keep your portions of meat and cheese under control, carbohydrates are fine and indeed necessary, but do not over do it, do something you can live with and remember this fact!. people who describe themselves as happy live the longest!Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favourite is tuna pasta!. Make your own tomato based sauce with tomatoes, onions, garlic and your choice of herbs ( i like oregano & basil)!. Cook and drain some pasta and add to the sauce with some tuna or some cooked chicken breast!.
I also love poached chicken breast in the same tomato sauce with smoked paprika or chilli for a nice kick!. Serve with rice or pasta!.
You can also make your own burgers which are much healthier than shop bought!. Just add some mince of your choice (chicken or turkey is healthiest) to some onion, mustard seeds, thyme, worcestershire sauce, pepper and garlic (and again some chilli if you like it spicy) and add an egg to bind!. Shape into burgers then either bbq, grill or cook on a George Foreman grill if you have one!. Serve with saladWww@FoodAQ@Com
