Breakfast-Banana
Lunch-wheat sandwhich with ham and swiss
Dinner-Brown Rice, chicken, broccoli
Snack-Watermelon

Breakfast-honey nut cheerios,skim milk with bananas
Lunch- 2 Wheat mini bagels,turkey, swiss cheese
Dinner- Pork, Wheat noodles
Snack- Orange

Yes!. The only thing I would add to your diet is more vegetables!. It's important to start young eating as many vegetables as you can stand, or choose veggies you like!. You should also experiment veggies prepared in different ways!. Like broiled, steamed, raw, boiled, microwaved steamed in Ziploc steamer bags!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes,but try to fit in a little more fruits and vegs!. in there!. Try to stay away from alot of carbs as well!. That is very good that you are trying to eat healthy at such a young age!. Keep it up!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
