As customer, who complaints more,males or females?!

Females by far! While in school, I worked for years in customer service!. (Waitressing and also at a major department store!.)
The women are far more likely to complain and seem less content when the "problem" has been rectified!. More often than not, there was not a problem per se, it was more of a situation in which the customer was trying to take advantage of the system!. But the customer is always right they say!. Blah!
I've seen a woman throw coffee at a co-worker (another female) and while working at the department store witnessed a customer (female) take her arm, and clear off a shelf of fine china to the floor because she wanted a rain cheque on a item that was advertised as "limited quantities, no rain cheques and no reserves" in large print!.
The men on the other hand are easier to please when you attempt to fix the perceived problem, and will listen to the explanation rationally!. Which is strange as we women are always complaining the men don't listen to us!. (Or is this just my husband!? LOL) They are also far more likely to say thank you!.
I still don't understand it, but it seems to me that women often don't like other women!. I can't explain it any better than that!. It's ridiculous!.
On the other hand, the customer service is completely different here in continental Europe!. The customers don't expect the same level of service, nor do they receive it!. When I first moved here from Canada, I was annoyed about it!. I found the sales staff very rude!. Now I prefer it!. also I feel they probably have more dignity because of it!. Their companies don't expect them to grovel at the customer's feet and the customers don't try to take advantage as much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
