Is it legal (anywhere in the world) to eat kangaroo meat?!

Question: Is it legal (anywhere in the world) to eat kangaroo meat!?
Answers:
It's available all over, including United States!. I don't think it's available in California because you can't even buy goods made from kangaroo leather there!. also, it is not farm-raised!. It is entirely a hunt-the-roo-in-the-wild production, with limits on how many can be hunted!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Absolutely!. I had some the other night at a restuarant in New York City called Public (great restaurant, by the way)!.

It tastes a lot like beef -- not gamey tasting at all!. I'm guessing if you can eat it here in the states, you can probably eat it all over the globe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm sure it's legal somewhere !. as a matter of fact this link shows where kangaroo meat is sold i believe!.
