What's the best way to save money on lunch?!
What are some good, easy (and cheap!) things to eat for lunch at work!?

If you have a mircrowave, bring a can of soup and some bread or roll!. I keep the individual serving size cans of fruit (peaches, fruit cocktail, applesauce) in a drawer in our office!. I like to bring a bag of raw carrots and/or celery sticks--they don't necessarily have to be refrigerated, if you don't have a fridge at work!. If you do, you have a lot more options!. I like to bring a little container of low-fat yogurt!. I also keep granola or granola bars in the drawer to have with it!.
You can also bring canned tuna or canned chicken and eat it with crackers!. They sell smaller sized cans with a pull off top, so you don't need a can opener!.
Bagels with peanut butter are good, as well as fresh fruit (apples, bananas, oranges, etc)!.
As you can see, I'm not a big meat and potatoes person when it comes to lunch!. I like to eat smaller quantities of a lot of different varieties of food that most people consider to be snacks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I also do this at work myself!. I am also trying to lose a few pounds!.If you have access to a microwave at work there are alot of options, Canned soup!. most are low in fat, make a big salad and eat soup and salad, leftovers from the night before, low fat meals from freezer dept, a package of Roman Noodles, they have them in different flavors, baked potato with fat free sour cream and fat free butter, well hope this gives you a few ideas!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

eat a good breakfast,when at work eat very lite,(ea; sports drink,apple) nobody has been known to starve to death in eight to ten hours!. when you get off and have your evening meal eat moderately and enjoy!. then have a nice snack sometime in the prime time before you retire!. you will find it hard to adjust at first but will eventually set in!. if you are a big eater or have a job that really beats you down then eat a little bigger launch!.nice salad,(fruit or veggie), stay away from pasta and grease,makes you sleepy in the afternoon,and very lethargic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'm having the same problem!. I eat a lot of salad but that can get 'old' after a while too!.

I take a thermos and many times have had left -overs from the night before (I'm not afraid of left -overs!.!.!.)

Make a huge pot of soup and bring to work in a flask!.
Salads are cheap and easy to make, but I suggest adding the dressing at time of eating!.
