I usually eat a salad or a sandwich for lunch & then a lite yogurt or a South beach PB Bar around 2:30!. Mmmmm!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salad with beets and goat cheese or a salad with arugula, pine nuts, parm and lemon!.
Or throw a piece of chicken or fish in the oven and use it to make a wrap!.
Or boil some eggs and use them throught the week!.
Or bake a whole chicken or fish in the oven and make different lunches with it all week!.
Or make a stew or a pasta sauce on Sunday and eat it all week or even freeze it into individual portions and use them as home made & healthy T!.V!. dinners!.
It doesn't take much to make a delicious lunch!

sandwich with lots of (veggies) lettuce, tomatoes, onion, bean sprouts, and then add the meat & cheese (very filling)!. Or, salad type sandwich; like (tuna, chicken); add a lot of veggies to these too!. Or, a veggie salad with chicken tenders, baked or grilled shrimp, or grilled steak!. A hearty soup like cream of broccoli, or broccoli cheese, corn chowder with smoked chicken, etc!. (homemade of course)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If can warm your lunch in a microwave, then I suggest Chicken breast, rice, and one of the Green Giant Broccoli and Cheese things!. It'll fill you up right and satisfy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
