It depends on the noodles being used!. I like Chow Mein better because there are vegetables and meats in the same dish!. Lo mein is just plain noodles with flavouring!. I like Chow Mein with the flat noodles (xin ho fun) but then again, I like the lo mein my dad makes!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
