JAM (Jello for our US friends)?!

jello is the gelatin desert that is made from adding boiling water to fruit flavored gelatin and then you put it in some molds or cups in the fridge for a few hours to allow it to harden and conjeal!.!. its whats served at hospitals to those on liquid diets!.!. haha!
we americans also have jam!.!. we call jelly the concoction that doesnt have fruit bits in it!.!. and jam is similar to preserves!.!. it has chunks of actual fruit in it!.!. but mostly its the same stuff!.!.
anyways!.!. my favorite is black cherry!.!.!. with real peiced of cherry!.!. and I like the non sugar kind!.!. the brand thats flavored with fruit juice, not sugar!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
