Did you know that poppy seeds show up on a drug test???!

Years ago - when I had to care about this kind of thing, drug tests were still a little 'iffy' as to what they would pick up and what they wouldn't!. I have been told by a very reliable source that the tests are much more refined and would only show opiates if you ate a ton of poppy seeds - like a whole cup - and that's a lot!. They kind of poppies that the edible seeds come from are a different strain of poppy and not that close to the kind used to make opium/heroin!.
But make sure to tell the lab person if you took a psudophedrine type of cold medicine - it could show up as meth!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
