I but the Nestle frozen Chocolate ICe bars they are only 40 caleries and cut the chocolate craving! You are probably craving sweet things so berries are great or try freezing some grapes and eating them frozen! Graham crackers are lower in fat if it is the crunch you need or caramel rice cakes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cholesterol for the crunch time try the rice cakes they have great favors out now!. OF course carrots raw work for the crunch need too
