It may be better for you health wise but taste wise I have to go with the creamer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
"Creamer" isn't the same as cream!. Creamer is usually a fake or partly dairy product formulated for use in coffee!. That's why you'll often find it unrefrigerated!. It is usually made to be low in fat, but is also made of weird chemicals and who knows what else!. Ditto on the powdered creamer!.
Cream is a dairy product that has more of the milkfat than milk, and it usually used for whipping ("whipped cream!.") I have never actually seen anyone purchase cream and use it in their coffee!.
Half and half is often used in coffee, and that is half milk and half cream!. It is heavier and has more fat than milk, but less than cream, since it is comprised of half of each!.
I would say that using, say, skim milk as opposed to coffee creamer would be a personal choice!. They are probably of about equal dietary value!. The decision would be whether you want to consume a natural dairy product or a chemically derived one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

To me there is a compromise: using heavy cream instead of milk or creamer!.
The fat content isn't that bad and it gives the coffee body where as milk is a little thin and the other is just heavy as heck!.
I know heavy cream sounds 'heavy' but it's just a name but really good and it's made with milk products so it couldn't be bad for you!.
I personally like Coffeemate plain creamer w/o all the flavors!. It just masks the coffee taste!.
Just my opinion!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
