Answers:
Its not bad as long as you dont have too much caramel just a tablespoon or soWww@FoodAQ@Com

as long as you dont have buttery caramel and use tons of it, than no i wouldnt worry about it!. apples are great snacks because they have negative calories, meaning you burn more calories by eating them :)
the thing with caramel is, if you didnt know!.!.
all that caramel is, is caramelized sugar!. so in a sauce pan,
you take sugar and water and butter, and you wait for it to
almost burn and it starts to become a thick sauce which
then you convert into caramel!.
so its really just sugar lol!. but they actualyl have fat free,
small servings of caramel for apple dipping too, you should
check it out, that way you dont eat too much of it and you
are still able to enjoy a nice snack ! :)
try dipping the apples in caramel and then dusting on
some cinnamon! its SO delicious! and cinnamon is VERY
good for you, its recommended to have 1!.5 tsp of cinnamon
everyday because it helps prevent diabetes !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on how much caramel you are eating!. Caramel sauce is made of sugar, cream and butter!. These are all terrible for you!. I big apple and a couple tablespoons of caramel for a treat wont hurt, but too much more than that and you've got calorie central!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's not terribly bad no!. Instead, why don't you try some apples w/ peanut butter!? PB is high in fat but at least this way you are getting some protein and not just empty calories like you would with the caramel sauce!Www@FoodAQ@Com

its not too bad for u cus ur eating an apple but u dont want to have too much caramel with itWww@FoodAQ@Com

its really good but might be unhealthy if you eat to much caramel!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
