Always, Always add a generous amount of Parsley when using garlic and you should have little problem!. I only find it a problem if I'm eating out and the parsley isnt available - shop bought garlic bread is also usually bad for this as they dont add nearly enough parsley!. If you must use this instead of making your own then add extra parsley before cooking and everyone will be grateful!
Fresh Parsley is best but dried will work just as well so make sure you have some in your cupboard!. There are two sorts of dried Parsley - the usual stuff and Flat Leaf (or Italian)!. Some people claim the Italian is better for preventing garlic breath!. Dired parsley is always available from local stores or for both normal and Italian see source website!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The smell comes from the sulphur which is in the oils which are found in the root end of the plant!. Especially potent when eaten raw!.
However, there is a remedy! Simply chew some parsley and you will have sweet breath afterwards!.
I have, on a number of occassions, when in Riga, Latvia frequented the famous Garlic Restaurant which is heavenly for us garlic freaks, and they hand out jugfuls of parsley to chew after the meal which will take the smell away!. Not sure why, but it works!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

These chemicals make sulfur and a gas that is irritating to the eyes!. It is a kind of defense mechanism for the plant!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
your liver metabolises some of the chemicals in these foods, and it is the exhaled metabolites that smell!. thats why if you eat these regularly your liver increases the enzymes it needs to break them down into the non-smelly metabolites, and all of your friends will start talking to you again!Www@FoodAQ@Com
