Can't help but have a story for you!.
My father-in-law came to visit us in the States from Germany years ago!. He brought a bag or Romanian blood oranges with him as a treat since we didn't get them here then!. Even in Germany they were a bit dear at the time!. At the airport the customs agent took the oranges and said it was contraband!. He grabbed them back, started peeling and eating them as fast as he could!. I think he ate 5 or 6 before giving up since they had another flight to catch!. He just knew the customs agent was probably taking them home that night and he wasn't going to let him have all of them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have just bought some from Tesco in York, so they must do them!. Try your local green grocer, they are generally cheaper than the big supermarkets, thus saving money!. also the same for butchers, their meat is cheaper and much better and fresher as it has been hung for longer and not just cut and butchered for plastic wraps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well they come and go!. Thanks for reminding me, I hadn't seen them for years either until I got some from my local Morrisons this week!. They were medium sized rather than small as they used to be and not listed as blood oranges!.
So either Morrisons didn't know or they are just not pc any more!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
