Question: Healty , lowfat, energetic, easy, quick, cheap, delicious snack!?! need some advice! Easy points!!?
I am a high school student but i never have time to eat breakfast at home !!! school food sux and don't have time to buy food at the student store!.!.!. so i always end up eating breakfast at 7pm which my body feels weak
and dizzy
i don't have allergies on food so don't worry

There is only one fruit that can do it all!. Pomegranate!!!!!!!!! This is one of the most healthiest fruit and snack I can think of!. Its chocked full of Antidioxadance, and they taste great!! They can come in just a fruit(you only eat the seeds and it takes a really long time to take them out!. But its worth it) And then you have alot of varieties from drinks!. It taste awesome! How long has this been a habit for you!? If not eating until 7 in the evening has been a habit for a long time then eating earlier and at regular intervals is going to take some getting used to!. You may feel sick just eating earlier in the day!. Find a good brand of granola bars, protein bars, low fat yogurt, bananas, apples, grapes, fresh berries, frozen fruit, peanut butter on bread, hard cooked eggs, kashi brand products!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

u could try yogurt or breakfast bars like nature valley!.
but if ur that desperate get energy drinks for example:
sobe, amp, monster, rockstar, and coffee (not really an energy drink but has a lot of caffiene) try not to do the energy drinks because it raises the percentage of having heart cancer or even death

if it is for breakfast why dont you just grab a fruit!.!. like an apple or banana =) they have those special k bars and they are yummy, but they are small and kind of pricey!.!. or make a piece of toast quick before you leave the house and put a little butter, or peanut butter on it, or jellyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Make a load of flapjacks at the weekend,the're a cinch just oatmeal and honey mixed and baked!.Very nutricious snack!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
