yeah, pasta is a carbohydrate so it doesnt go off,
it would take aprox!. a week to go off

Maybe if it was the night before last, i would eat it!. Depends on how cold your fridge is and if you covered it up!. Smell it, see how fresh it smells!. I have eaten 2 day old pasta and been ok!. my cousin had 3 day old pasta and was ill!.
It is a risk!. But a bit of food poisoning helps you loose a couple of pounds, and then when you're well again you can enjoy even more pasta!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm a pasta freak! And yes, you can eat it after it was cooked 2 days ago!. Although, i'm not too experienced with this "pasta leftovers" because i usually finish every drop of pasta i make even if i make too much! My sauce rocks, and it's oh so yummy, so i have to make pasta just about everyday ;-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yep, but only if it was in an oil based dressing as i'm not keen on sticky pasta =)
Most foods are fine to eat within 2 days of cooking as long as they are kept cool to prevent bacterial growth etc!.!.!.

Hi I wouldnt probably not but I have in the past I wont eat it the second day,lol it just doesnt taste the same to me, but if I were to eat it I would add a little water and a bit of oil to it to make it all moist so it isnt as dried out!. Just make sure its red hot before eating!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes, why not!?!.!.!. life of food in fridge is 3 days!. Try to heat it and if smell is fine it is safe to eat!. Anyway it is not a big trouble to make an extra portion of pasta and make it with cheese or butter!.!.!. yam, i will do it myself now!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, you can reheat and eat it, though fresh pasta is always the best, this will be just fine!

What I do with precooked pasta (without sauce though) is I warm in up in a frying pan, so the bottom gets kinda like a crust!.
