I am 5'3 and i weigh 128 lbs,should i loose few pounds?!


Question: I am 5'3 and i weigh 128 lbs,should i loose few pounds!?
I used to be at 130 lbs but now i am down to 128!.I would like to loose more weight!.My goal is 120 lbs!.
I try to stay away from sweets,soda and,fried foods!.I still eat whole wheat pasta,whole grain rice,processed cheese and more fruits and vegetables!.I also eat snaks in between meals to avoid hunger!.Do you think i will reach my goal!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Maybe a little for your height!. Sounds like you're on the right track for eating healthy!. Whole grains are the way to go!.!.!. but always in moderation!. The same goes for fruits!. Don't forget to get some proteins in there!. If you're vegetarian, then be sure to get you proteins from beans, nuts, and non-meat "meats!. also make sure you read labels when it comes to your whole grains!. Many things labeled as multi-grain or whole grain still have the first (main) ingredient as "enriched flour" or "wheat flour", which are both white flour!. So the words "whole" annd/or "100%" are key!. Be sure to stay away from prepared foods!. Drink lots of water, & eat several small meals, and buy organic whenever possible!.

Nice healthy snacks: Veggies & hummus, natural peanut butter and celery or apple wedges, red!. fat cheeses (Trader Joe's has THE best red!. fat sharp cheddar), plain yogurt with fresh berries, banana with pb, mozzarella sticks, laughing cow cheese w/celery, almonds (Trader Joe's sells a bag with individual serving sized packets), etc!.

AND EXERCISE!!! Start slow, and work up to a good daily routine!.

I was that same height & weight when I was 18 and I remember thinking that I needed to lose weight!. Of course that was over 10 years ago & before 2 kids!. Now I look at pictures of me back then and can only wish to get that body back!. You probably don't need to diet!. Just increase or add exercise to your daily routine!. Most likely it isn't pounds you need to lose, but muscle you need to gain!. Tone it up!. Don't be so focused on a number either because if you start working out & gaining muscle there is a chance that you may gain some pounds!. You should check your body fat index and see what it is!. also, be realistic when you look in the mirror!. Do you like what you see!? What do you want to change!? Then you can work on problem areas!. I'm sure you'll reach your goal if you stay focused & motivated!.

You don't really need to!. Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is in the normal range so you are fine!. It's 22!.7

* Underweight = <18!.5
* Normal weight = 18!.5-24!.9
* Overweight = 25-29!.9

22!.7 is your BMI!. Your BMI falls under the "normal" category!. Check out your body fat percentage and go according to that!. I am 5'6 and am 120!.!.!.I'm trying to lose like 4 lbs as well so I can relate!. It's hard but it should pay off! Keep working at it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

sure just throw in a little exercise and don't eat after five!. The thought is you can eat whatever you want al long as you exercise and get you heart beat up to burn off the fatWww@FoodAQ@Com
