Some healthy ways to stop eating to much chocolate would be to snack on something healthier maybe like cereal, yougurt, popsicles, or if your looking for something sweeter, granola bars is also good!. But that doesn't mean that you can't ever have chocolate but eat it in moderation!. Truthfully I had 4 pieces today which probably wasn't so smart!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Try dark chocolate and eat it slowly!. The richer the flavor, the more satisfying of a true craving!. Plus!.!.!.there is only so much dark chocolate one can handle at a time due to the richness!. Other helpful hints - try healthier chocolate-flavored foods such as lowfat pudding (or sugar-free if you desire) and cocoa!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
