by eating ketchup!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
eating ketchup will not help much!.!.!.rinsing your mouth with milk might help more - don't swallow - if you don't have milk at hand - try sugar!. You will notice in authentic mexican restaurants that they have sugar on the tables - and it does help, just put a teaspoon of sugar on your tongue and let it melt away, don't swallow the dry sugar, let it melt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I totally agree with the rinsing mouth with milk!. If you are eating a hot dish a great side to help cool the mouth is this!.!.!.
Mix two small containers of plain yogurt (however, I prefer vanilla) with a heaping handful of green seedless grapes cut in half and slice about half of a cucumber!. Cut the slices about 1/4 inch thick and then each slice in fours!. Mix it all together, cover and put in fridge until ready to serve!. Really helps the heat and tastes great too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Avoid water!
Chewing bread will help since it soaks up the hot oils and seeds!.
Caution: you will still find seeds in your teeth and when bitten through are often hotter than the pepper, for this reason keep chewing gum and brush your teeth to make sure it is really out of your mouth!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
