You might have to eat like plain fried rice and plain chow mein!. But there isn't alot of foods that you are going to find that doesn't have mixtures in it!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
If you go to one that has a buffet style, you will find many things that you can try!. Mushrooms are saute'd and in their own dish, the fried chicken pieces that go with sweet n sour are separated, they usually have chicken wings by themselves, there is a great pork on a stick (I don't know the name of it) that is singled out, and of course the salad bar has all veggies separated out!. You'll be okay in the chinese restaurant, but you really need to seek spiritual help for your phobia!. Try the library for some resolutions to your issue!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Get brown rice, or white rice!.!.!.that is just on its own!.

they usually have pork spare ribs, they are served alone, or the crab cheese wontons, also some restaurants have chicken wings!. You may be able to special order some lo mein alone without any veggies or meat if thats what you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Egg rolls are the best!. My fav thing ti eat in chinese food retaurant is chicken and brocoli-people say brocoli yuck but good! Anyways i would take the rice that has beef in it! Enjoy!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
