you won't last long on just fruit and celery so think about some cheese, bread, peanut butter and jelly, whole nuts like almonds and cashews or mixed nuts, and healthy drinks too!. Juices and water are so much cheaper at your supermarket than on the road!. also, just take a small knife with you to cut your food along the way, there really isn't any need to do it ahead of time, and I find that it gives me a little something to do while we ride!.
We always take a cooler on trips and pack fruits and the other stuff I mentioned!. Try to think about each meal period you will be traveling through and pack accordingly!.

well id say bring lots of drinks that way if u feel hungry or kind of bored just take a couple sips and u feel satisfied!. youll just have to stop more often to pee!. id say bring like some bags of cereal or some fruit for like a breakfast!. some sandwiches for lunch and then maybe stop at wendys or something for supper so that way ull have a nice dinner!. and like i said before, bring lots of drinks and maybe some small snacks like chips or fruit rollup kind of things!. keep alll this stuff in a cooler with maybe an ice pack in!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Leave the fruits & veggies whole; get some of those freezer packs and put them in a cooler with the fruit/veggies!. I always make "trail mix" to take in little baggies: dry-roasted almonds and/or peanuts, dried fruit bits (no chocolate - it might melt) !.!.!.!.!.red licorice whips (Twizzlers or Red Vines) !.!.!.!. pretzels !.!.!. Pringles travel really well too !.!.!.!.!. those individual packages of peanut butter or cheese & crackers (in fact, peanut butter sandwiches would last just fine, unrefrigerated, in ziplock baggies) !.!.!.!. You can freeze containers of yogurt; then wrap them in foil and take them with (bring plastic spoons)!. After about 3-4 hrs (maybe longer), you'll have nice, cold yogurt to eat (and those could also work as cold-packs for the veggies) !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
No matter what you bring, always bring a portable cooler with an ice pack to keep the food at it's best!Www@FoodAQ@Com
