What is the name of the pizza board that restaurants use to put the pizza in the oven?!
I want to buy one of those wooden pizza boards that you make pizza on and then shove the pizza in the hot ovens with!. It's flat and has a long handle!. Does anyone know the name of the board!?

it's called a pizza peel!. You can order one from Amazon!.com for about $15 bucks!. They are so handy!. I form my bread on the peel with a little fine cornmeal spread over it first!. It is so much easier to get the bread or pizza in the oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
