Why do I just not want to eat until night meal and is it ALL THAT bad for me?!

It can't be good for you!. Skipping breakfast is the worst thing you can do!. After you have been asleep all night you have gone maybe 8 to 10 hours or more without food and you really need to eat something!. Yes it is bad for you to do that!. Try to drink a shake or smoothie for breakfast at least!.

Usually it's because you haven't eaten all day, or much that day, and your body is hungry!. Your blood sugar is low and when this happens to me, I usually end up eating the wrong things, everything!.
It's not good for you not only because it's just unhealthy, alters your blood sugar which can effect your mood, cause headaches, and lots of other things, and your body can't run on empty-just like a car can't run without gas- it's more difficult on your body, especially your heart and lungs, to eat late at night!.
Your stomach is supposed to slow down, rest and rejuvenate during the night!. Everything 'rests' and slows down except your heart, lungs and brain, so for your stomach to have to work, and use blood supply, is tough on your body!.
A meal is usually digested in about 3 hrs!. At night, your stomach will digest the food much more slowly, and if you've added alcohol that compounds the effect on your body!.
I hate to eat when I'm not hungry, so I try to down a nutritional shake every day (whether I eat or not-not to diet) like Slim Fast which has lots of good stuff in it, and I carry a can of mixed nuts with me in my car and make myself down some; it's protein, for brain power!

It is not the best thing for you I use to do it all the time I am just not hungry till them but once you get your body in the habit of eating a little it will be better for you!. And actually you lose weight when you eat more because it keeps your metabolism working this is what i eat!.

nothing wrong with that because thats what i do and im 49 years old and have done that for at least the past 15 years and the doctors say i am fine and healthy for a man my ageWww@FoodAQ@Com
