California!? I lived in Southern California for over 40 years, and I'm not sure what a California pizza is! Maybe it's something that Wolfgang Puck thought up, with weird toppings!? !.!.!.!.!. Chicago deep dish which is sold in Detroit too!. I live in New Jersey and I am Italian and we have many great pizzerias here that are family owned and great!
