Question: NUTRITION!. Is it bad to eat 1 scrambled egg for breakfast 5 days a week!?
I am a 52 year old woman, I never had problems with my cholesterol but for the past year, I got in to the habit of eating for breakfast a scrambled egg / beans!. I just read in an old book that we should limit egg intake to 2 x week, should I stop!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you don't have a cholesterol problem and you don't have any more egg during the day in other foods like mayonnaise or cakes it should be ok, but it won't hurt to try and alternate your breakfast with other foods!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

3 to 5 eggs a week is what some books suggest I believe if you don't have a cholesterol problem in there, I am the same way and I eat all I want !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

why would it be bad to have egg more than 3 times a week!
