Answers:
Well - it most likely wont do you any harm, and yes as you say it will fill you up!. However - the following is the ingredients list for a beef and tomato flavoured pot noodle:

Noodles, Noodles (47%), [Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Firming Agents (Potassium Carbonate,, Sodium Carbonate)], SAUCE AND VEGETABLES, Water, Tomato (8%), Vegetables (6!.6%) (Carrot, Onion, Peas), Dried Glucose Syrup, Wheat Flour, Soya Pieces (Texturised) (2!.8%), Yeast Extract, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Vegetable Protein (Hydrolysed) (from Soya), Citric Acid, Soy Sauce, Colour (Paprika Extract), SACHET, Tomato Sauce (2%), Water, Tomato Paste (18%), Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Spirit Vinegar, Acetic Acid, Salt, Modified Maize Starch

Basically - it has no nutritional value - only 6!.6% of the entire thing is dried vegetables, amounting to little or no nutrients!. Instead, they pack it full of salt and sugar to make it taste palatable!. Worst of all the vegetable protein is "hydrolysed"!.

To be honest - you'd be as well buying yourself some straw and covering it in sugar and salt to help you make it taste half-way edible!.

So the answer to your question - its maybe not really so bad, but it's not really that good either!.

Have a banana or something!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

To have one occasionally probably won't do any harm (though I think pot noodles are disgusting!) but to eat them regularly would be very bad for you!. The more processed something is, the less real nutrition there is in it - and pot noodles are about as processed as possible!

It's just as quick to make a healthy sandwich with wholegrain bread and some cheese and tomatoes, or similar, and much better for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try reading the label on the side!. It has no real nutrients and is bad for you filling up on all that 'empty' food!.It may taste ok but you should choose a healthier option like a sandwich or wrap if you are in a hurry or even a pouch or carton of soup if it is a hot snack you need!. Think of your long term health!. Your body is like a machine that needs looking after or it will start to go wrong!.!.!.so think about the things you put in it as far as nutrients go!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's not horrible, as long as it doesn't have any trans fat!. It's not the sort of thing you want to eat every day, because it's certainly lacking in many things that you need in your diet, but it won't hurt you to eat it once in a while!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
