Do fiddleheads have protein in them?!


Question: Do fiddleheads have protein in them!?
I know spinach does and fiddleheads are kind of like spinach so I'm not sure!. And it's not like theres a label I can read that will tell me this information!. Does anybody know!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
