HELP!!! How can I fix my guacamole? The avocados were not ripe enough!?!
I have to bring my guacamole to a party in less than one hour!. The avocados were not ripe enough and the guac tastes bitter!. Anybody have an idea how to improve it quickly!?
To avoid clashing seasonings, other ingredients used are tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, garlic, lime and cilantro!.
Thank you so much!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You really can't!.!.!.!.!. guacamoles won't ripen at all, once they're cut, and there's no way to soften them!. Just mix whatever mashed ones you have with some more salsa, and sour cream, and call it a guacamole-salsa dip!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Not sure if it's fixable!.!.you really need ripe avacados!. You might buy a carton of predone dip and mix it in, or take it instead!. You need mayo, and the other seasonings look great!. But the unripe aspect is not really fixable!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You're out of luck!. It's like using green bananas!. You might have had an opportunity if you stuck in a bag with some bananas a few days ago!. Just bite the bullet and go to the store and get ripe ones!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Try a little of sour cream or if you have time run out and buy a new better one and mix the ripe one in with itWww@FoodAQ@Com
TRy stirring in some mayo!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
add sour cream!.!. it will give it that richness and creaminess without added fat compared to adding mayoWww@FoodAQ@Com
