What else would go good with aspargus and salmon in a fettuccine?!

Question: What else would go good with aspargus and salmon in a fettuccine!?
Or should I even add any other veggies!?

I have gastric reflux so tomatoes, onions, garlic, and lemon are a no go!.

Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Mushrooms and/or Pine Nuts sound good- pine nuts would add a nice crunch, and mushrooms would compliment the earthiness of the asparagus!. Sounds fabulous- kudos to you for making it from scratch! Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Asparagus and salmon seems like enough!. Fettuccine sauce is pretty heavy and it already has a strong cheesy flavor!.!. I see no need to add anything else save for some salt and pepper!. Although if you really wanted to add something else, maybe some roasted red peppers or artichoke!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The best thing that goes with that is South African garlic bread all you have to do is buy some garlic sauce the mix in just a little tomato sauce then you spread it on the bread the put it in the oven for 3 to 4 min the let it cool for 2 min you have something to go with your deliouse meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would just do a pepper butter sauce to go on top!.

For 4 people:
1 1/2 cups butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp!. Course back pepper
Pinch of salt

Add wet ingredients to saucepan and blend together!.
Once fully mixed, add pepper and salt!.
Stir until a simmer!.

This should only take a few minutes, when simmer starts, remove from heat and let stand about 3 minutes!.

Good luck and enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

seems like a little red in there might be good:) how about chopped red bell pepper, or roasted red pepper!? !.!.!.!. or even some pimentos!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Seems like you've cooked enough food!. I don't think you should make anything else, personally!. =)Www@FoodAQ@Com
