Answers:
You're right, your BF is wrong!. Yogurt is not soured milk!. It is milk that has been altered by bacteria!. So is cheese, but there are other differences in the process!. Cheese is made from milk coagulated with an enzyme!. Yogurt is not!. Yogurt bacteria produces lactic acid, giving it a tangy flavor!. Cheese isn't always that tangy!.

He may just not like yogurt!. It is a sour tangy taste that some people don't like!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yogurt is made with an active culture (bacteria)!. Cheese is made by coagualiting the cheese with rennet or an acid like lemon juice or vinegar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cheese is made from milk youghurt is made from the left overs of whey (pig food) they add some kind of crap in it and it makes the stuff soild!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
