Strawberries are really good for building lean muscle and cut!. Cherries are more expensive and dont work as well as strawberries!. So!.!.!. Strawberries for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Strawberries unless the Cherries are the Rainier Cherries (The huge, super sweet yellow ones with the red blush), then it's cherries over strawberries!Www@FoodAQ@Com

some strawberries are sweeter than others or they can be sour and cherries are usually sweet but again they can be a bit sour but i still just love cherries!!!!!! hope it helped!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
