Neither!. Never did get ketchup on fries!. I can't like it just because everyone else does!. It just covers up the taste!. Mayo is way better!. For boardwalk fries, most every Marylander knows cider vinegar is the only what to go!. For homemade, olive oil and sea salt is it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
