yes!. and i am making big pots of spaghetti sauce, casseroles, cottage pie etc and freezing portions!. also frozen veg are a lot cheaper and taste the same - i always used to buy fresh, but was wasting a lot this way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Honestly, no!. I just am buying more and more generic brands, stocking up on sale stuff, and only buying what I need!. As a college student it's hard to focus on food!. I try to stock up on healthier, cheaper stuff!.!.!. but don't really plan!. With work and classes, it's too hard to plan!. I never know when I'm going to eat, and how much I'm going to want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I have been going back to what my grandmother used to call depression eating!. Meat only once or twice a week, no junk food, forget eating out except for special occasions!. Probably healthier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I am eatting a lot more salads and veggies overall and reducing my meat that I buy!.!.!.I've even replaced a lot with ToFu!.!.!.such as, mixing 1 lb Tofu with 1 lb ground beef to make a 2 lbs Meatloaf!. !.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
