Does Brown rice taste good? Can you make "Mexican" Rice with it ?!

I started just using brown rice instead of white a few years ago when I found out that it was better for you!. I have made Mexican rice with both kinds and I think the brown rice is actually better!. I suggest using Uncle Ben's parboiled rice!. It cooks in about 20 minutes and always cooks up firm and nice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It does taste different but not a huge difference in my opinion!. You can make mexican rice with it or any recipe that calls for rice!.It does take a lot longer to cook than regular white rice but it is worth it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
