Two to three servings!. Note that a serving is not a whole watermelon or one grape!. there are other factors to consider!. A half grapefruit counts as one as does a small apple!. You can also eat cobbler or pie for fruit but it loses something during the cooking (raw is usually better) but watch out for added calories!. A jelly filled donut is not considered a serving and has two much fat in it!. But you can occasionally have one; all things in moderation!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well, I was reading Self magazine and came across an interesting point!. People who get lots of calories from fruits tend to lose the most weight!. Say you've already eaten 4-5 servings of fruit!. Its always healthier to reach for an extra piece instead of a cookie! Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
